Do you think it is important to exercise regularly? Do you find it difficult to do so? What are some exercises or sports you are involved in presently to keep yourself fit?

It is important to exercise regularly. You'll only find it difficult to exercise when you are not willing to exercise. I go rollerblading to keep fit. :)
It is EXTRA important to excercise regularly. You will never find it diffcult if you tell yourself you can do it. I swim to keep fit:)
It is very important to exercise regulary! It will be tough if you don't eat healthy food or you exercise it the wrong way.I run swim,play football,basketball or exercises like push-ups to keep fit!!

Staying fit and healthy is important.We need to blanced our diet and exercise everyday. Even, if we have no time to exercise we climb the stairs.This is also exercising.
i think that it is very important to excercise rregularly bacause keepinging yourself fit is important. however, excercising is bnot a difficulty for me. i normally have 1 - 3 servings of friut or vegetables a day and i try to avoid eating oily food each and every day. i will try to excercise everyday . thx
