Healthy Food and Exercise...

Hi everybody,

In today's English lesson, I had asked some of you to think of questions which you would like to know or find out about healthy food and exercise.

Here is the list of questions.

1) How does healthy food make us live longer?

2) Is excessive exercise good for our body?

3) Which type of exercises is more effective in keeping us healthy?

4) What are the exercises that will help to make our body more flexible?

5) Why do we perspire when we exercise?

6) Why do we get tired when we exercise?

7) What will happen if we eat too much healthy food?

8) Is exercise more important than eating healthy food?

9) Is egg yolk healthy for us?

I could not find much. Sorry. 1)sort of. In an island in Japan, the people there live only on vegetables and nothing else. A 100 year old is considered a teenager. Why do we sweat) Because of the sweat glands in our skin. Is egg healthy for us)Yes. But lots of carbohydrates.

2)no,it is not.it will cause us to get heat stroke.

5)Sweating is the body’s natural way of cooling us down. Although it may feel as if the sweat or perspiration is making us hotter, especially on warm days, without sweat, we would not be able to tolerate the heat our bodies would produce.

I just know that egg yolk is not good for us because it is high is cholestrol,which is not good for us. Sorry,thats all I got. I'll look for more next time!

Sorry I couldn't find much but for 8), I'd say exercising is better. Why? Although healthy food is good and notritious, we still get some fats, or either carbohydrates. At least exercising can "shake off" the fats.
